Our Company

JoinLand Group Limited (Company Reg No. 1050779), is a BVI Business Company incorporated in the British Virgin Island on 12 September 2006.

The Group’s principal activities are involved in the participation of environmentally friendly projects and property developments in dual role, both as the owner as well as Project Manager. Our Company operates in all the three major real estate activities namely: trading, developing and leasing.
Besides, JoinLand Group has also established itself as the frontrunner in the import, export, distribution and wholesaling of international cold storage products. We have grown tremendously over the past years and have successfully built up our own network of suppliers that meet our stringent requirements and whose products and services meet the needs and expectations of our consumers at competitive prices on a global scale.
