A) Furama Hotel


Once an abandoned building sitting idle located near Kuala Lumpur’s bustling Golden Triangle adjacent to Berjaya Times Square, Joinland Group, having its foresight on the potential of this building, reconstruct the existing Building leverage on its construction expertise, managed to transform and resell the entire building for a handsome profit. Today, this building is now touted as one of the most strategically located and posh hotel known as Furama hotel.

B) Bintang Hotel at Kuala Lumpur


A low-density luxurious budget hotel proposed development in Pudu, Jalan Changkat Thambi Dollah designed by JoinLand Group. The Hotel is strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City, close to shopping malls, bus stations, monorail station and the MRT station.


The proposed Hotel’s land size is 0.178 acres or 721 m2 or 7,758 sq ft with a building plinth of similar size. Our Hotel Features will have 9 levels with a proposed 22 rooms at every single floor that would accomodate up to 198 units.

C) Farm House In Sarawak


Two parcels of lands were proposed for the creation of an agricultural orientated “farm house” community along Sungai Kuap. It creates a commercially viable agricultural project that provides homesteads or farmhouses for Malaysians whom are keen to own a second home while enjoying an alternative lifestyle, as well as foreign investors who wish to experience a tropical and agrarian lifestyle.


The basic components of this project are:

A) Chirnside Park


Chirnside Park is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 33 km north-east from Melbourne’s central business district. Their Local Government Area is the Shire of Yarra Ranges. It is a growing mixed development that is bustling with residential area, commercial, industrial areas and not to mention rural areas too. With a substantial size of 32.1 km2 (12.4 sq mi), Chirnside Park has also been designated as a Major Activity Centre by the Australian City Council.


JoinLand Group has developed the land that is located at 270 Maroondah Highway, Chirnside Park. Joinland Group is already planning to further develop the residential area.
This particular development concept came from a vision of a self-contained higher density residential development with direct access from the Maroondah Highway. The concept includes an extension and consolidation of the open space area, with provision for pedestrian walkway and cyclist path.


The proposed developments have been designed with a variety of Single allotments, Town Houses and Apartments. Common areas are also equipped with basic amenities and modern facilities such as swimming pools, gyms and landscaped areas for residents.


The entire site while being developed, in lieu of providing additional land to park, the existing adjacent park shall be upgraded by the developer to the standard agreed by the City Council. This would definitely be beneficial to both the existing and upcoming communities as well.

A) Marina Bay Qingdao, China


Marina Bay is a prestigious leasehold condominium development in Jiaonan, Qingdao, a major city in Shandong province of Eastern China. Sitting on a land area of over 640,000 square feet with a GFA (gross floor area) of approximately 2.68 million square feet, this development is strategically located adjacent to the coast with spectacular sea view. Phase 1 comprises of 6 blocks totaling to 445 units was completed in Dec 2014.


A new Qingdao Metro (青岛地铁) system that has been under construction since 2009, will be expected for completion by year end 2015. One of its station is located within 3 minutes walk from the development. This is a development by Centurion Properties together with their local partners.
