Chirnside Park is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 33 km north-east from Melbourne's central business district. Their Local Government Area is the Shire of Yarra Ranges. It is a growing mixed development that is bustling with residential area, commercial, industrial areas and not to mention rural areas too. With a substantial size of 32.1 km2 (12.4 sq mi), Chirnside Park has also been designated as a Major Activity Centre by the Australian City Council.
JoinLand Group has developed the land that is located at 270 Maroondah Highway, Chirnside Park. Joinland Group is already planning to further develop the residential area.
